Our Approach

Our approach is open, relaxed and friendly, you will be dealing with real people. We are comfortable and experienced in carrying out power generation and distribution projects both large and small and have either designed, installed or fixed most types and size of solar PV system.

Our business has grown and continues to thrive based on recommendations from happy customers, we do our best for our customers and are always pleased to provide references and show examples of our work. We never hard sell and take a long term view toward client retention.

Working in your home

Much of our work involves visiting people in their homes and we take our responsibilities involved with this seriously. Any solar engineer that visits your home will carry identification, their names, phone number and the time of their visit will always be known to you in advance.

We provide all our own tools, access and safety equipment and take full responsibility for the work carried out. We remove and dispose of any rubbish or packaging correctly, recycling as much as we can.

Visiting us

We have a small shop/shed that clients are welcome to visit. We don't store heavy or expensive items here but if you're looking for a small amount of individual items such as MC4 connectors, Sunclix connectors, DC cable, Generation meters, AC and DC isolators, Mounting hooks, Panel clamps, or other relatively inexpensive specialist solar PV type things, we might have some available for same day collection, which by appointment (to be sure that someone is here) we'll be happy to arrange. We take cash at the shop but can't take credit/debit cards so please contact us to arrange payment beforehand.

We have meeting space, parking and solar PV and battery demonstration equipment here that can be used/viewed by clients, we also use this for training.

We have the facilities to test individual single phase pieces of solar PV and electrical equipment here and this working space is also available for use by clients.
