We use the 'all black' monocrystalline SolarWorld Sunmodules in most on-roof system designs. They offer a winning combination of good looks, high efficiency, good build quality and come with a comprehensive factory warranty.

Sunmodules are guaranteed to outperform their power rating, e.g a 250Wp solar panel has to test at over 250Wp before it can leave the factory. Every solar PV panel is supplied with a unique serial number along with the factory test results. The unique linear power warranty also guarantees higher long term power yields than lower quality panels.

In the field these solar panels perform extremelly well, both at times of full sun, operating in partial shade, operating in both high and low temperatures and in low light levels, Sumodules are only 31mm deep so in addition to providing a consistantly high power yield they also provide for an attractive, slimline, all black finish for the roof.

Our on-roof mounting systems are built on the Alpha On-Roof mounting system. Utilising aluminium rails and stainless steel small parts these systems and components are manufactured to a consistantly high standard, Systems and components are easy to customise to accurately fit individual roofspaces with different roofing materials (slate, tile, metal etc).

When installing 1000s of £s worth of solar PV equipment onto a roof with an expected service life of 30 years+ you need to be sure that the system will be held securely in all weather conditions and be confident that components especially those under stress such as brackets, mounting feet etc have a level of quality to match the lifetime of the system, this is why we specify the Alpha.

Alpha mounting systems consist of solid components made from quality aluminium and steel. Systems are provided with a 10 year manufacturers warranty as standard. Custom components and coatings for nearly all roof types and mounting conditions can also be designed and supplied.

We mainly use inverter technology supplied from SMA; the manufacturers of SunnyBoys, Sunny Mini Centrals and Tripowers.

As standard, SMA inverters are supplied with basic system monitoring features, UK G.83 / G.59 grid settings and DC string isolators. Most SMA inverter models can also be installed indoors or outdoors.

As standard, SMA offer strong warranties and excellent aftercare for both system installers and clients directly. Inverter warranties can also be extended with the manufacturer from the standard 5 years up to 25 years.
