Theta In-Roof: Mounting Components

Module End Clamps (24-55mm).

Used to secure the first and last solar panel / module of each row or column, clamps secured to adapter rails using quickstones.

The size of the clamp is determined by the depth of the solar PV panel / Module frame.

Used at the transition between the upper roof tiles and the top of the module field.

Secured underneath the tiles and on top of the metal sheets to allow for effective run off of rainwater.

2m Side Flashing

Aluminium (EN AW 5005).

Includes fixing clips.

Used at the transition between the sides of the roof and the module field.

The corrugated side fits over the metal sheets, the flat side is installed beneath the roof tiles.

Metal Sheet

• Aluminium (EN AW 3005).
• Corrugation: 18/76.
• Sizes: 1067mm x 1000mm x 0.8mm, 1067mm x 1500mm x 0.8mm

Secured to the roof battens using roofing screws and calottes (covers).

Allows water to drain off the solar panels, under the array, onto the lower roof tiles and into the gutters.

Adapters are fitted on top of the metal sheets using JT3-2 sheet metal screws.

Metal Sheet with Dripstop

• With anti-condensation fleece undercoating.
• Corrugation: 18/76.
