Background:

The solar PV system is the properties primary source of electrical power, running in parallel with the national grid. Three independent solar PV panel arrays deliver the base power needed by 2 x air source heat pumps, a rainwater harvesting system and a heat recovery system. Physically the solar PV system is integrated into the roof of the building across three aspects (East, South & West).
